Lutron Fan Control

The Lutron Caseta Fan Speed Control is the only HomeKit exposed variable speed control on the market and even it wasn't, it will still probably still be the best. There are fan controls out there but they only allow for on/off control. Not only does it work with HomeKit, but it also works with Alexa & Google Home.
PROs - Easy to install, the app is clean and easy, works with Homekit Alexa & Google and many others,
CONs - cost, fan controller doesn't work with SmartThings (Other Lurton device do though so it should be coming soon),
