There are many Flood & Leak Sensors in HomeKit. Unfortunately, though, there are no HomeKit Water Shut-off valves in the HomeKit ecosystem. Today, I set up the EcoNet Water Shutoff Valve in my HomeKit home. Also known as The Bulldog Valve Robot - https://geni.us/EcoNet (affiliate link)

PROs: high torque, fits ball valve up to 1.5", easy to install without a plumber, 

 installs on the ball valve instead of the pipe, good customer support, 

CONs: not native to HomeKit (but still works well), more expensive than lower torque brands,
